Standard Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped out within 2-3 business days at the latest however most orders are shipped out the same day or following day. Orders are still processed and shipped on weekends, we use Royal Mail to ship our parcels, please double check your address as you enter it as incorrect addresses can lead to delayed shipping.

Please choose the shipping option you want to use at checkout. 

Local Delivery

If your shipping address is one of the following addresses:

• CT18
• CT19
• CT20

You will be offered the option of free local delivery at checkout. All local deliveries are contact-free and a mask will be worn at all times. Should you order before 3pm and select 'Local Delivery' it will be likely we can deliver to you the same day.
