Returns Policy

We hope you love any items purchased from NoveNeutrals, but if you are not happy with your purchase and would like to return: 

Please complete the Contact Us form with your reason for return and order number. 

Please return back within 14 days from when the package was delivered to you. If 14 days have passed unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

For your item to be eligible for return, items must be returned in the same condition they were received with original tags still attached and in its original packaging.  Any product that has been damaged (make-up/ fake tan) or any signs of use will not be refunded.

Please include your delivery note/ order form inside of this parcel.

All SALE & SAMPLE items are non refundable and non returnable. 

We recommend you return any items by registered, signed for or recorded delivery. If the items are not sent back signed or recorded delivery we are not responsible for any lost items.  

The return address will be printed on your delivery note.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a refund will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item you will need to complete the Contact Us form to return your item and make a new order off of the website.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
